Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Avuno. Here's exactly what happens if something isn't right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at xiangjingdun87@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Order hasn't arrived
Most orders arrive within 7–18 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 7 days, contact us and we'll help.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Changed your mind
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send you the return address — please don't send items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked shipping method.
Once we receive the return, we'll refund you within 5 business days.

Used items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of used foot care items unless they are defective.

Order cancellations
Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner quickly. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to stop it from shipping.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
