Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at xiangjingdun87@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return shipping costs

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement. If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Order cancellations
